Brooks says being part of a large net-work
enables Carmacks to share knowl-edge
and resources with other com-panies
in the group. He adds that the
Eurovia network is based on a decen-tralized
model, which means Carmacks
is generally left to function on its own.
“It’s a pretty independent operation
in that sense,” said Brooks.
